opposite of fun

I just moved my apartment/silkscreen studio a couple doors down, so it has been a long last few days. I don’t have internet yet so I’m falling down on all my online responsibilities. I DO, however, have this dandy handmade type to share with you. I’m thinking of getting some t-shirts printed.

For Illustration Friday, what says poise better than a top hat? Nothing! Featuring Abe Lincoln, Slash, and T-Pain. I’m doing a silkscreened version of this (it will look a bit different) that will be available in my store soon.

it could be me…

I just finished this for the “It could be me” project, and I think it works nicely for Illustration Friday’s topic “Pale.” Also, it was my birthday yesterday and I am officially in my mid-twenties…yikes.

the missourian

This week I was featured in the Columbia Missourian. It’s a great article, and you can check it out here.

Also, I finished another page of my zine. It will be completely done by this week, then I have to assemble it and sell it (fingers crossed).

resolve, resolve, resolve

This is for Illustration Friday, and I’m sure I will break this resolution as early as tomorrow, but it’s worth a shot. Speaking of New Years, did anyone else forget to pay their rent? Oops.

I need to start making these pictures smaller…I just noticed they are getting squished a bit. Very slimming though.

Holy Smokes! It’s been quite a while, and for that I apologize. I had a show opening at the Ragtag Theater in Columbia, MO last week. It was a lot of fun, especially since it meant the end of a very long month of printing. New work though! Much of which is on here now, a few I’m saving for later.

I’ll still have five of my most current things up there though. Also I just finished a Broken Social Scene poster and am rapidly making art prints.
